These terms apply to your use of mobileivdirectory.com, operated by Jaybird Technologies ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Not medical advice

Mobile IV Directory is a directory, not a healthcare provider. Nothing on the site is medical advice, a diagnosis or a recommendation of any treatment. IV therapy carries real risks and isn't right for everyone. Talk to a qualified clinician about whether it's appropriate for you, and follow the screening and instructions of the provider you choose. In an emergency, call 911.

About the listings

• Listing details (services, prices, travel fees, staff, hours and service areas) come from each provider's own website and were accurate when we checked them, as shown on each page. Providers change these details, so confirm everything with the provider before booking.
• A listing isn't an endorsement. We don't employ, supervise or certify any provider, and we don't verify licenses or insurance. Check credentials directly with the provider or your state's licensing board.
• Some listings are marked Featured. Featured providers appear first in their city and are always labeled. See how we verify listings for how everything else is ordered.

Booking and payment

We don't book appointments or take payment. Any appointment, payment or treatment is between you and the provider, under their terms. We aren't responsible for a provider's services, conduct, prices, cancellations or outcomes.

Links to other sites

The site links to provider websites and Google Maps. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability or practices.

For providers

If your business is listed and something is wrong, or you want the listing removed, email hello@mobileivdirectory.com. We check corrections against your website and update listings by hand. We decide which businesses to list and may remove listings that no longer meet our criteria.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no scraping that degrades it, no attempts to break its security, and no use of listing contact details for spam.

Our content

The site's design, text and compilation of listings are ours. Provider names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify their businesses.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site or any provider you find through it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
