Privacy policy

Mobile IV Directory ("we", "us") is a directory of mobile IV therapy providers, operated by Jaybird Technologies. This policy explains what information we collect when you use mobileivdirectory.com and what we do with it. The short version: we don't have accounts, we don't run advertising trackers, and we don't sell personal information.

What we collect

• Basic visit data. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so it can serve and protect the site.
• Privacy-friendly analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics and PostHog to count page views, see which pages are useful and see how visitors find us, such as the search engine or website that linked here. We also count clicks on a provider's website, phone number or Google Maps link, so we can tell providers how much interest their listing gets. Neither tool uses cookies or stores anything on your device, and neither tracks you across other websites. To tell repeat visits apart within a day, PostHog uses a one-way code made from your IP address and browser details. That code changes every day, and PostHog doesn't keep your IP address.
• Emails you send us. If you email hello@mobileivdirectory.com, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and use them to reply and, for providers, to update listings.

We don't ask for or store health information, and we don't use cookies for advertising.

Third-party services

• Cloudflare hosts the site, handles our email forwarding and provides analytics.
• PostHog provides analytics, as described above.
• Provider websites and Google Maps. When you follow a link to a provider or to Google Maps, their own privacy policies apply. We don't control what they collect.

How we use information

To run, secure and improve the site, to answer your messages, and to keep listings accurate. We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it except with the service providers above or when the law requires it.

Information about providers

Listings contain business information that providers publish themselves: business name, website, business phone, service area, prices and staff credentials. If you run a listed business and want details corrected or the listing removed, email us and we'll handle it.

Retention

We keep emails as long as needed to answer them and maintain listings. Analytics don't identify individual visitors, and we only look at them in aggregate. Hosting logs are kept according to Cloudflare's standard retention.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@mobileivdirectory.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws; we'll honor valid requests.

Children

The site is meant for adults and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we add features that collect more information, such as a contact or quote form, we'll update this policy and the date above before they go live.
